1. The service

Get Your Complaint Heard drafts personalised consumer complaint letters on your behalf. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.

2. Quotes and payment

We provide a quote after reviewing your case. No payment is taken until you approve the quote. Once approved, payment is due before we begin drafting.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver approved letters within 24 hours of payment. Complex cases may take longer; we will let you know if so.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for sending the finished letter to the relevant party and for any subsequent correspondence.

5. Refunds

Because letters are drafted to order, refunds are at our discretion once work has begun. Contact us if you have any concerns and we will do our best to put things right.

6. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from sending a letter. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the drafting service.
